IT Manager (SAP B1)

Our client is a global consumer brand with a strong presence in both developed and emerging markets. Its regional arm in Southeast Asia runs a lean, multi-site operation supporting retail, warehouses, and cross-border business units.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee end-to-end IT operations and infrastructure across offices, retail outlets, warehouses, and regional sites
· Manage SAP Business One (SAP B1)/ERP systems, including user support, enhancements, data integrity, and integrations across finance, sales, and operations
· Support retail and commercial systems (POS, CRM, payment systems) to ensure smooth store operations
· Lead cybersecurity and data protection, including risk management, incident response, and PDPA compliance
· Drive IT projects and digital initiatives, improving automation, reporting, and productivity
· Manage vendors, contracts, and IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
· Provide regional IT support and governance, including standardisation, new site setups, and business continuity planning
JOBREQUIREMENTS
· 5–8 years of hands-on IT management experience, ideally within retail, distribution, or multi-site environments
· Strong experience in SAP Business One systems and business process support
· Solid technical skills across Microsoft 365, SQL, networking, cybersecurity, POS systems, and backup/DR
· Exposure to cybersecurity practices, incident response, and IT governance; knowledge of PDPA/data privacy is advantageous
· Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and IT projects in a lean setup
· Hands-on, commercially aware, with strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
