Billing Officer (Tuas | 5 Days | Logistics Industry)

About the Role We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Billing Officer to join our team in Tuas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, operations coordination, and team support within a fast-paced logistics environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate billing processes, and strong coordination between departments.
Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assign and coordinate daily administrative tasks within the team
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of billing and operational activities
- Handle shipping documentation (import/export) in line with SOPs
- Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely clearance and delivery
- Liaise closely with warehouse, operations, and internal teams
- Support customers through phone and email enquiries
- Guide and support new team members
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met
- Support general administrative and operational duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Level
- At least 2 years of experience in billing / admin / logistics roles
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
