Administrative Executive (5 Days | MNC Company)

Job Summary
We are looking for an agile, proactive, and results-driven Administration Executive to join our Planning-HR-Admin Department (Corporate Division).
This role is ideal for candidates with at least 3 years of administrative experience who enjoy a dynamic environment and want to contribute to operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
Working location: Harbourfront, Singapore
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordination of employee training programmes and long-service awards
Manage corporate card administration and process air travel billing and related expenses
Support and drive digitisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows
Assist expatriates on international assignments, including housing arrangements and tenancy-related matters
Oversee office access control and security administration, including door access management
Handle staff issuance processes (e.g., access cards, office-related items)
Maintain and regularly update the employee directory to ensure data accuracy
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or similar roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
Excellent coordination and organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
