Assistant Planning Officer

• More than 3 years work experiences.
• Experience in demand and supply planning, as well as inventory management
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data handling and analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively, as a regional role, with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds across Southeast Asia, both within and outside the organization

 Job description

• Manage sales and supply operations for printer products, including demand and supply planning and inventory management as Regional HQ
• Develop sales and supply plans in coordination with consolidated subsidiaries across the region (South East Asia)
• Work closely with logistics and order management (shipping) teams, as well as coordinate production and shipment schedules with HQ(Factory)
• Support order management for tenders in collaboration with the Area Marketing team
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to management
