Receptionist cum Administrative Junior Executive (6 months contract)

SLAB Services Private Limited is seeking to hire a Receptionist cum Administrative Junior Executive on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be the welcoming first point of contact for our visitors while supporting the smooth running of daily office operations.

Responsibilities & Duties

– Welcome visitors warmly and attend to their queries

– Manage meeting room bookings

– Co-ordinate with tea attendants to serve refreshments to clients and visitors

– Coordinate overseas courier request

– Frank outgoing mails and ensure proper cost recovery

– Route incoming fax to the relevant parties

– Take on any other duties as and when assigned

Qualifications / Skills:
- Relevant experience in a similar role preferred

- Demonstrates professionalism when receiving guests and representing the organisation

- PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

- Meticulous, strong organisation and communication skills

- A ‘can do’ attitude, a team player with initiatives

- Good written communication and telephone etiquette

- Able to multitask and adapt to changing environment

- Ability to multitask and adapt to environment
