Training Development Manager

Job Description:

• Assist Engineering Department during development phase
• Design tooling and gauges during product development phase
• Draft out process sheet and “P” Chart for production use
• Assist plant during trial run and conduct process capability study with QC staff
• Conduct OJT for production staff
• Adhere to good housekeeping practice at all times and
• Adhere to safety regulations.
  

 Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Able to trouble shoot problem during trial run
• Possess in basic CNC Machine skill, application of the type cutting tools and basic knowledge of CNC programming
• Ability to work as a team
• Keen interest in outdoors testing
• Basic skill of Cad system
