ADMIN ASSISTANT
Job Description
Key Objectives
· Provide comprehensiveadministrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
· Coordinate communicationand documentation between departments and external partners.
· Assist in maintainingorganized records and managing schedules to support healthcare servicedelivery.
· Assist with FRC serviceswhere necessary
Responsibilities
· Manage incoming calls,emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately for FRC services
· Maintain and organizefiles, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Coordinate appointments,meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
· Prepare and proofreaddocuments, reports, and presentations as required.
· Support procurement andinventory management by tracking office supplies and placing orders.
· Assist with onboardingand administrative processes for new staff members.
· Collaborate with variousdepartments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
· Ensure compliance withcompany policies and healthcare regulations in all administrative activities.
Qualifications & Skills
· GCE’O’ Level, Diploma orequivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
· Proven experience as anadministrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within healthcare orfacility services.
· Proficient in MS OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digitalcommunication tools.
· Strong organizationalskills with keen attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal andwritten communication abilities.
· Ability to multitask,prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
· Discretion andprofessionalism when handling confidential information.
· Team-oriented mindsetwith a proactive approach to problem-solving.
