BIM Modeller

Roles and Responsibilities

• Update and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure 3D BIM models are accurate and compliant with project requirements.
• Review and validate shop drawings and BIM models prior to submission to authorities and for construction.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth BIM implementation and project coordination.
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly adhered to.
• Keeping up with project progress and ensure timely submission of drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Provide support to other BIM Modellers and drafters, keeping team work and developing cohesiveness within team.
• Prepare progress and project updates to submit to direct supervisor.

Qualification Requirements

• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Engineering, or related discipline recognized by BCA or relevant institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant BIM experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in BIM modelling and project coordination meetings.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and interest in MEP multiple disciplines.
• Familiar with BIM standards (e.g., BIM Execution Plan, Singapore BIM Guide).
• Able to adapt to construction site environment.
