  1. Purchasing

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and compliance to project requirements.

  • Prepares Commercial Bid Evaluation and issue Purchase Order.

  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.

  1. Logistics

  • Liaison with Client's Logistics department, understand requirements to ensure smooth accomplishment of projects.

  • Ensure that all shipments comply with legal regulations and company policies regarding safety and environmental standards.

  • Manage inventory control, storage, dispatch of goods.

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, providing status updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Liaison with Vendors on the shipping information and tracking the progress of delivery.

  • To check the submission of shipping document from the Vendor and get Client's clearance prior the shipment.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse on all crating and packing of materials.

  • Matching of Invoices (Forwarders/Courier).

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in logistics / supply chain or relevant field

  • Able to work as a team

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or logistics roles. Experience in water industry is a plus.
