Safety Coordinator

Job Details including but not limited to:

• Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.

• Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.

• Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.

• To compile all non-compliance findings weekly and submit to Safety Manager

• Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel

• Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.

• Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.

• Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer

• Conduct daily TBM

• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant working experience

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Nitec/Higher Nitec

• WSQ Advanced certificate in WSH level B is mandatory.

• Prior experience in construction safety will be an added advantage.

• Any additional safety-related courses will be added advantages.
