Job Description
Hiring Customer Service Assistant in Tuas West Region
Workplace: Tuas Crescent MRT (company is 7 minutes walk from Tuas crescent MRT, east west line)
Working hours:
In office: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Work from home: Saturday 10.30am to 3pm
Salary: $2200 basic + $300-$400 performance incentive / commission = Gross Salary of $2500-$2700
>$300-$400 incentive based on:
A) Monthly order quantity / sales volume
B) Accuracy of orders keyed and arrangement of self collection or delivery of goods
C) Customer's feedback on speed of reply, service level and attitude
Job scope
Key orders in system
Coordinate customer's collection of goods from company
Negotiate with customers on orders to encourage
Solving problems for customers
Liaising with production to convey customers' orders
Coordinating with warehouse and delivery team for sending / delivery of goods to customers
Requirements
Minimum O level pass or Diploma holder
Fluent in English and Chinese
At least 2 years experience in customer service in B2B (business to business) company
Live in west side of Singapore
