·        Regular working hours: Monday to Friday. 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.  

Incumbents with high potential and strong business acumen will be groomed to take on strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations. 
• Cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, logistics, operations, and business development teams to support business objectives.
• Analyse and resolve customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Required competencies

• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with customers and teams.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work independently and contribute actively as a team player.
• Demonstrate business acumen by identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer engagement.
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in customer relations, business development, logistics and operations, or manufacturing.
