HR Executive cum Account Assistant

Job Description

HR Executive Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep employee records and staff welfare.

· Assist General Manager in recruitment of new staff such as posting job advertisements, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process, handling onboarding of new staff and exit clearance etc.

· Handle all administrative matters related to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, processing NS claims, childcare leave or parental leave claims.

· Review and administer Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

· Submission of NS claims, childcare leave claims, maternity leave, paternity leave claims.

· Liaise with Insurance company with regards to staff movement.

· Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policies and procedures.


Account Assistant Job Responsibilities:

· Able to backup when account role during on leave;

· Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables

· Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts

· Preparation of weekly and monthly accounts

· Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking

· Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

· Background experience in payroll and HR matters is a must

· Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills

· Proficient in MOM, CPF and Income Tax statutory regulation

· Meticulous, detailed, good organizational and time management skills

· Able to multi-task and willing to work in a start-up environment

· Strong problem solving, analytical and execution skills.

· ***Able to start work immediately or within short notices. ***
