Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, ensure inventory is maintained, and implement best practices for operational efficiency, safety, and productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor need to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and accurate, performing regular stock checks and addressing discrepancies.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage the picking, packing, and distribution processes to meet operational goals.
• Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Report on daily/weekly/monthly productivity and inventory status to management.
• Develop and maintain efficient systems for warehouse organization, including layout optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve any concerns related to warehouse processes, customer orders, or inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
