Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)
Job Description
Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)
To provide data entry for accounting department and other duties.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
- Data entry for Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables related invoices & Journal entries, if any.
- Assist to do basic checking of supporting documents against summary listing.
- Assist to do simple filing of documents.
- Assist to preparation of bank payments.
(B) General :
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:
Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or related professional qualification (i.e., ACCA / CA / ICAEW etc)
Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
Pro-active, committed and good team player with effective inter-personal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office and good communication skill.
(C ) Experience :
Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
