Job Description

This role shall be employed by LOGISTEED Singapore Pte. Ltd. and deployed to provide HR and administrative services to its affiliated entity, ALPS LOGISTICS (S) Pte. Ltd., as part of an intercompany support arrangement. This position shall report to the General Manager, HR / Admin under LOGISTEED Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct staff onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, e-timesheets, leave administration, and statutory submissions (e.g. IR8A, IR21, CPF, NS claims, Government Paid Leave) in accordance withprescribed timelines
  • Prepare payroll, overtime, and manpower-related reports
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Support system enhancements, updates, and maintenance of HRIS and time/leave systems
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for junior roles; manage job postings across recruitment platforms
  • Process Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass applications
  • Prepare HR documentation across the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other correspondence
  • Coordinate training activities, including course registrations, evaluation of training effectiveness, and maintenance of training records
  • Conduct internal training sessions where required
  • Prepare and submit government surveys
  • Administer employee medical benefits and manageWICA insurance renewals
  • Process staff claims and reimbursements
  • Provide support for procurement and general administrative functions
  • Assist in employee engagement and union-related activities
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Assist in crisis or business continuity initiatives (e.g. pandemic-related measures)
  • Support the review and updating of HR policies and procedures
  • Commute to other work locations where necessary
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience (experience with Infotech HRIS preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of the Employment Act and local labour regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willingness to travel to other work locations on an ad-hoc basis
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset
