Lift Technician

To carry out mechanical adjustment of the lift/esc/movingwalkway/dumbwaiters.

To carry out the wiring works/slow speed and high speed operations.

To issue the defect list upon slow speed of the lift, and check if allthe defects highlighted are cleared.

To attend to all inspections like PE (carry out load test), on site RI inspection, TOP inspection.

To attend lift inspection with client and maintenance team.

To conduct training to the end user on the lift operation.

To attend to all in-house inspections related to fire homing/emergency power failure homing/lift card reader testing/assist in installation &termination of CCTV/PA.

Prepare and submit all testing protocols.
