Job Summary

You will lead technical projects from start to finish, building, troubleshooting, and delivering professional audio, video, lighting, and IT network solutions that drive client success and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and support professional audio, video, lighting, and IT network systems to meet client requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live production and multimedia events to ensure seamless delivery
• Program AV Control Systems to automate and optimize system performance and user experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to provide technical support and guidance
• Take ownership of assigned projects, managing tasks efficiently and adapting to evolving technical challenges
• Continuously learn and apply new technical skills to improve service quality and innovation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in setting up and supporting professional AV and IT systems
• Experience with live production or multimedia technology environments
• Diploma in media technology or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience
