Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality system policies including building a standardized Quality document library
  • Preparation for industry and regulatory certification, maintenance of the same, i.e. ISO 9001
  • Instrumental to lead the rollout of all Quality initiatives in regional programs
  • Conduct site audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, training and support to operations teams
  • Ensure all relevant SOPs and Work Instructions are implemented
  • Analyse quality data and generate reports to monitor performance metrics and KPI’s
  • Collaborate with group regional Quality leads to drive standardization and best practice sharing
  • SME for any existing or new customer opportunities, supporting the Commercial Teams

Qualifications Summary

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain or manufacturing industry
  •  Diploma or degree in relevant field or similar working experience
  •  Project management experience/certification
  •  Auditor experience
