Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality system policies including building a standardized Quality document library
- Preparation for industry and regulatory certification, maintenance of the same, i.e. ISO 9001
- Instrumental to lead the rollout of all Quality initiatives in regional programs
- Conduct site audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, training and support to operations teams
- Ensure all relevant SOPs and Work Instructions are implemented
- Analyse quality data and generate reports to monitor performance metrics and KPI’s
- Collaborate with group regional Quality leads to drive standardization and best practice sharing
- SME for any existing or new customer opportunities, supporting the Commercial Teams
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain or manufacturing industry
- Diploma or degree in relevant field or similar working experience
- Project management experience/certification
- Auditor experience
