Junior IT Planning Executive (Procurement)

• Provide IT Procurement and Software Asset Management support
• Have 1.5 years ’experience in IT procurement
• Provide Data Entry for vendor management and entries/support 
• Provide IT procurement costing/charges information and monitoring
• Provide customer satisfaction information and compliance report
• Provide IT training and support for junior staff/new hires when needed.
• Provide IT planning and strategies for Procurement activities
• Provide support for Information Strategy &Planning related activities as needed
• Ensure IT expenses according for filing and recording
• Ensure procurement and IT expenses issues are provided to Finance for timely payment processing
• Provide relevant IT data, coordinating, and reporting to Finance properly
• Collect Internal Satisfaction survey data.
• Provide Service Level Management review/report on weekly or monthly basis.
• Participate in providing improvements/failure in procurement, Service Levels or others to improve process flow, using reports or recorded information
