CONTRACT SHIPPING EXECUTIVE NEEDED/$3500/URGENT!!

We are hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount and you will be deployed to:

Duration:

Start Asap to 1 year contract

Working hours:

Monday to Friday

8am to 5.30pm

Location:

Kim Chuan Drive (3 bus stops from Bartley MRT)

Salary:

$3500 per month

Duties:

Coordination Across Departments:

Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate shipment and order fulfillment.

Preparation of Shipping Documents:

Work with freight forwarders to arrange documentation, such as CCP & CO

Verify invoices against Sales Order confirmations and pick lists.

Shipment Logistics & Coordination:

Prepare Shipping Instructions for freight bookings, including flight scheduling based on customer requests.

Coordinate cargo collection date and time with freight forwarders.

Customer Communication & Record-Keeping:

Provide shipment updates and pre-alerts to customers.

Maintain and organize shipping records for audit and reference purposes.

Update spreadsheets to track shipments and related tasks.

Release re-export CITES, tags, and picklists for the Packing Department, ensuring shipments are prepared accurately and on time.

Other ad hoc duties assigned

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in handling Air and Sea Freight documentation.

Familiarity with CITES documentation and processes.

Skills Set

M3 ERP System.
