Teaching Specialist (Primary Mathematics)

Job Description:

Our client is a dynamic Ed-Tech enrichment centre focused on Primary Level Mathematics, combining a MOE-aligned curriculum with data analytics to deliver strong student outcomes. They are looking for a passionate Full-Time Teaching Specialist to join their growing team at their Novena branch.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Primary Math lessons (approximately 10–12 classes per week, 2 hours per class)
• Record and analyse student quiz results using a proprietary data analytics platform
• Build strong relationships with students and parents, providing regular progress updates
• Contribute to curriculum planning and improvement
• Perform administrative tasks and provide peer coverage as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Familiar with Singapore's Primary School Mathematics curriculum
• At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred
• MOE teaching experience is optional
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about teaching and nurturing young minds

Working Hours: 5-day work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)

Salary: S$3,800 – S$5,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
