Field Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Our client is a leading Multinational Technology company. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting revenue growth across APAC by ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with precision and impact.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the execution of field marketing programs aligned to regional and global priorities
- Coordinate marketing activities including events, campaigns and sales initiatives
- Manage logistics such as scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and vendors
- Ensure consistency with brand and messaging guidelines across all materials
Sales& Marketing Support
- Partner closely with mid-market sales teams to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration activities
- Assist in preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials for customer engagement
- Help ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively at a regional level
Operations, Budget & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in marketing systems and databases
- Track campaign execution and support reporting on program performance
- Ensure data accuracy to enable reliable insights and decision-making
- Assist with tracking marketing spend and maintaining budget records
- Ensure activities align with operational processes and company policies
Vendor& Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support program delivery
- Coordinate across marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, or a related role (preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology)
- Experience working in APAC markets is a plus
- A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting shared outcomes
- Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy in data entry and program coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and external partners
- Proficiency in Korean language required to liaise with Korean stakeholders.
