About the Company
A large B2B distributor and supply chain solutions company, handling the global logistics required to ship the industrial goods across international borders. They are looking for an efficient, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle the daily order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and client inquiries.
Job Scope
Client Support: Answer routine and complex customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution.
Order Processing: Create commercial invoices, packing lists, and perform system Goods Issue (GI).
Logistics Coordination: Arrange local transportation and international shipping for both imports and exports.
Job Requirements
Experience in customer service, logistics, or order management.
Basic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping documentation.
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with system GI is a plus).
