Scope

Team leadership and development

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team professional to exceed goals and deliver results.
• Foster culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement within the team
• Coach and develop team capabilities.

Performance Management

• Monitor team performance, analyze data and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate the team.
• Set goals and expectation in alignment with organization goals.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and quality in all deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure team adheres to company policies, procedures and compliance standard.

Customer/Vendor Approach

• Ensure team delivers exceptional customer service resolving issues promptly and proactively.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and enhance collaboration.

Innovation and Strategic Initiatives

• Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving within the team to drive innovation.
• Stay updated to industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting and Communication

• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates and recommendations.
• Prepare regular report on team performance, achievement and area for improvements.
• Act as a liaison between team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaborations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Engineering, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations strategy roles
• Proven experience managing cross functional projects and teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI
• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
