We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager, Digital Transformation Office

🧩 Key Responsibilities

ICT Governance & Communication

  • Develop and execute communication plans to disseminate ICT security policies and cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the organization.
  • Utilize communication platforms such as EDMs, Slack, and internal portals to strengthen cybersecurity awareness and compliance culture.
  • Lead outreach and engagement programmes to reinforce ICT governance and policy adoption.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Design and oversee cybersecurity awareness improvement initiatives, including phishing awareness and cyber hygiene programmes.
  • Participate in cybersecurity projects leveraging AI-assisted tools to strengthen cyber resilience across ICT systems.
  • Coordinate activities related to penetration test remediation, threat risk assessments, and cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
  • Support risk management activities including maintaining risk registers, identifying mitigation strategies, and monitoring remediation progress.

Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

  • Conduct reviews of existing ICT processes to identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and implement effective process enhancements.
  • Develop and document new ICT processes, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Participate in enhancement initiatives for internal digital platforms and workflow improvements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ICT governance, cybersecurity, and operational objectives.
  • Provide clear communication of technical and process-related updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive compliance culture and promote best practices across teams and departments.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT process improvement, governance, or cybersecurity-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of ICT governance frameworks, cyber risk management, and audit processes.
  • Experience in process mapping, documentation, and operational improvement initiatives.

🔧 Required Skills

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, and compliance management.
  • Experience coordinating cybersecurity initiatives such as phishing awareness programmes, penetration testing remediation, and risk assessments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Slack and EDM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted cybersecurity tools or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
