About the Role
๐Ÿ“ Location: Nearest MRT, (Central)
๐Ÿ•’ Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: Up to $3,000/month
๐Ÿ—“ Start Date: Immediate
๐Ÿ“… Duration: 12-month contract

Summary
Join our team as a HR Coordinator to provide operational support for HR teams, including system record updates, recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating HR staff records in Workday (accuracy and completeness)
  • Scheduling and coordinating recruitment process logistics (interviews and venues) and preparing job requisitions
  • Coordinating onboarding sessions for new staff
  • Supporting HR documentation work (updating SOPs/EDMs/reference materials) and logistics for HR events/engagements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum a Degree in any related field.
  • At least a relevant HR operations or HR coordination experience.
  • Experience in coordinating recruitment administration activities.
