Looking for a role where administration meets content, events, and digital operations? Join a team supporting subscription services, business activities, and engagement materials in a structured and collaborative environment.

๐Ÿ•’ Working Hours: Monโ€“Thu: 8:30am โ€“ 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am โ€“ 5:30pm
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: $2,600 per month
๐Ÿ“… Duration: 6-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subscription and billing processes, ensuring accurate records and timely updates
  • Support business development activities through coordination, documentation, and administrative tracking
  • Create instructional guides, EDMs, and materials for content and event support
  • Maintain and organise digital records and shared folders for accessibility and accuracy
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and subscription-related tracking
  • Support operational improvements and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A-Level qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and formulas); VBA knowledge is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva for basic content creation
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders professionally
  • Good organisational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Meticulous, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive working attitude
