Job Description
About the Role
You will support customers in making and managing bookings for sports facilities. This is a customer-facing role where you handle enquiries promptly, follow booking terms and conditions, and ensure successful end-to-end booking processing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with enquiries on sports facility bookings (email/mailbox follow-up)
Ensure customers adhere to booking terms and conditions and support timely payment follow-up
Attend to users’ feedback, queries, quotation requests, and complaints
Follow through booking requests end-to-end, from enquiry to completion
Analyse and prepare booking reports when required
Support user administration and system testing for the mobile application
Provide additional operational support to the team when required
Job Requirements
Diploma qualification
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Good writing and communication skills
Prior experience with facility bookings is preferred
