Job Description

Play a key role in supporting customer service and administrative operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

๐Ÿ•’ Working Hours: Monโ€“Thu: 8:30am โ€“ 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am โ€“ 5:30pm
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: Up to $2.6K per month
๐Ÿ“… Duration: 8-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Case Management system administration, including role assignments, report generation, and maintenance of categories and records
  • Coordinate corporate gifts administration and manage billing contact updates for organisations
  • Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier deliveries and collections, ensuring proper tracking and record keeping
  • Respond to customer enquiries across service touchpoints and provide timely support in accordance with service standards
  • Assess, route, and escalate cases to the appropriate teams while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-up actions

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum a GCE โ€˜Oโ€™ Level with relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional email responses
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new systems
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
