Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support including preparing documents, reports and presentations
• Organise and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure proper storage and easy access
• Assist in coordinating meetings and events

Data Entry & Records Management

• Perform accurate and consistent data entry tasks
• Update and correct data in Excel to ensure accuracy
• Compile and organise data for reports, presentations, and business needs

Finance & Operations Support

• Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoice and expense report review

Projects & Ad-hoc Duties

• Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Background in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Prior experience in administrative or operations role is an advantage
