Job Description
Make an impact behind the scenes by supporting appeals management and service operations. This role offers a unique blend of stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and administrative coordination, providing valuable exposure to public sector processes.

๐ Working Hours: MonโThu: 9:00am โ 6:30pm, Fri: 9:00am โ 6:00pm
๐ฐ Salary: Up to $2,810 per month

Duration: 12-month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle public enquiries and appeals, providing timely and professional responses
- Review appeal submissions and verify eligibility based on established requirements
- Compile, track, and analyse appeal-related data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Conduct desktop research and prepare basic reports to support operational reviews
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to appeals management
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Comfortable handling public enquiries and communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
