Key Highlights:
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday
- Nearest MRT: Rochor Station
- Be a part of a stakeholder engagement project supporting meetings, workshops, onboarding, feedback collection, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and managing logistics.
- Organise and support workshops, consultations, focus group discussions, and working group sessions.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, presentation decks, communication templates, and discussion guides.
- Support participant onboarding processes and coordinate ongoing engagement activities.
- Track engagement activities and assist with feedback collection through surveys, focus groups, and consultation sessions.
- Maintain contact lists, organise engagement documentation, and coordinate follow up meetings.
- Support preparation of reports, slides, and engagement updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, regulatory affairs, trade policy, public policy, government relations, or related areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent, meticulous, self driven, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable coordinating with diverse stakeholders and supporting meetings, workshops, or consultation sessions.
