Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources
Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in technology hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the delivery of top talent across engineering, product, and IT functions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on technology roles.
Strong knowledge of technical skill sets (software engineering, product management, IT infrastructure, data analytics, etc.).
Proven track record of successful placements in mid-level technology positions.
