RECONCILIATION CLERK

• Assist in managing reconciliation system processes, including static data updates, statement data uploads, and monitoring upstream data feeds.
• Support the analysis, creation, and testing of reconciliation system auto-match rules.
• Help identify and escalate any exceptions, errors, or abnormal issues during daily processing.
• Learn to respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Develop working knowledge of relevant workflows and office systems, and contribute suggestions for process improvements to reduce operational risks and increase productivity.
• Support the preparation of Weekly/Monthly MIS reports for senior management.
• Assist in different testing cycles, analyze results, and submit observations to the Project Manager.
