Job Description

📋 Job Purpose

Support the Business Management Office (BMO) within the Bank’s Group COO / Global Financial Markets Operations (GFMO). The role ensures effective project governance, operational productivity, financial management, and stakeholder engagement to drive business excellence and support strategic initiatives.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Portfolio Management

    • Support PMO governance processes, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management.

    • Monitor progress of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

    • Prepare executive-ready dashboards and reports for senior management.

  • Business Planning & Management Support

    • Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    • Track financial performance, cost management, and productivity metrics.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

    • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

    • Organize and facilitate workshops, townhalls, and stakeholder forums.

    • Draft clear business communications, presentations, and updates for leadership.

  • Operational Excellence & Change Management

    • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.

    • Support digitalization and automation initiatives across operations.

    • Act as Business Continuity Plan (BCP) coordinator, ensuring readiness and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Experience: 4–6 years in PMO, business management, consulting, or operations within banking/financial services.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Proficiency in project management tools, dashboards, and reporting.

    • Familiarity with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.

  • Attributes:

    • Structured thinker with ability to connect strategy to execution.

    • Collaborative team player with executive presence.

    • Adaptable in fast-paced, regulated environments.
