Job Description

The Role

You will partner closely with business stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate functions. This is an in-house role embedded within a fast-paced financial services environment, where you will be expected to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping

  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, providing structured recommendations to stakeholders

  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate data and reporting across the ATS

  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within financial services/ Fintech firms

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels

  • Experience with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
