Sales Manager (Power Supply)
Job Description
An established global organisation is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a technical background to grow business relationships, drive new revenue opportunities, and work closely with customers across the electronics and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customers within assigned territories
- Manage and grow existing accounts by uncovering new projects and programmes
- Build strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and position tailored technical solutions effectively
- Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to order fulfilment and shipment
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and project status reports
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer enquiries and technical coordination
- Support issue resolution, complaints handling, and return processes
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints
- Work closely with internal sales, engineering, quality, and support teams
- Contribute ideas to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency\
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, or related B2B sales environments
- Background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in achieving sales targets
- Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders confidently
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a hunter mentality
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred
