Sales Manager (Power Supply)

Job Description

An established global organisation is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a technical background to grow business relationships, drive new revenue opportunities, and work closely with customers across the electronics and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers within assigned territories
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by uncovering new projects and programmes
  • Build strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and position tailored technical solutions effectively
  • Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to order fulfilment and shipment
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and project status reports
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer enquiries and technical coordination
  • Support issue resolution, complaints handling, and return processes
  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with internal sales, engineering, quality, and support teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency\

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, or related B2B sales environments
  • Background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders confidently
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a hunter mentality
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred
