The Network Solutions Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise network infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle. This role spans core networking domains including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Wireless LAN, and Network Security.
The primary focus will be supporting Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) initiatives across the APAC region, including new office builds, network separation and migration, and decommissioning activities. The role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable network solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and managed service partners to ensure delivery is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SD-WAN migration projects across multiple sites, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Support IT Technical Due Diligence for new office setups, identifying risks, gaps, and remediation requirements
- Coordinate site surveys and implementation activities with cabling vendors, telco providers, and internal IT teams
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical network solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Review and validate Low Level Designs (LLDs) developed by vendors, ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards
- Partner with Project Managers to define scope, milestones, and end-to-end implementation plans
- Manage end-to-end network deployment activities across APAC locations, including on-site coordination where required
- Oversee telco service delivery for WAN circuits, ensuring timely installation, testing, and activation
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed design, quality, and security standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues in collaboration with vendors and service providers
- Contribute to the design and delivery of modern, AI-driven network solutions
- Travel as required to support regional project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise network design, planning, and implementation
- Strong understanding of structured cabling and office network infrastructure
- Hands-on knowledge of: WAN technologies (MPLS, IPsec VPN)Cisco SD-WANEnterprise LAN and campus networks (BGP, EIGRP, switching)Cisco and Meraki wireless solutionsNetwork security (Cisco ASA, Firepower, and related platforms)Cloud networking (AWS and Azure)Zscaler solutions
- Experience with network automation tools (Itential preferred)
- Exposure to network separation / integration activities within A&D environments
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capability
