*NEW* 6 Months Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
Job Duties:
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, business stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience from interview scheduling through offer stage
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and geographies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for all participants
Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including calendar coordination, confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and follow-ups
Ensure all recruitment activities are well-organized and accurately documented in recruiting systems, maintaining high standards of detail and responsiveness
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, or a similar talent acquisition operations role, preferably within AP, if not SEA market
