-NEW- 6 Months Corporate Actions Analyst (Financial Institution)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Gather and verify information from depositories, issuers, and delivery/paying agents

·       Process inbound and outbound instructions, including validation and repair of discrepancies

·       Liaise with external parties to resolve reconciliation issues and clarify corporate action events

·       Execute redemption payments accurately and within stipulated deadlines

·       Investigate and resolve cash and securities breaks in a timely manner

·       Manage client queries across email, SAP cases, and phone, ensuring prompt follow-up

·       Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and service standards

·       Provide support across all corporate actions-related activities

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
