Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Managed customer interactions across digital and telephonic channels, delivering responsive and professional support while effectively resolving inquiries and escalated issues.
· Analyzed complex cases and maintained accurate documentation of customer engagements in compliance with operational standards and internal procedures.
· Coordinated day-to-day operational processes to support service excellence and achieve team performance objectives.
· Conducted market and merchant research to identify partnership opportunities and initiatives to enhance business growth and transaction activity.
· Partnered with merchants to plan and execute promotional campaigns and value-added initiatives to strengthen customer engagement.
· Served as the primary liaison between local teams and Tokyo headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across stakeholders.
· Translated business proposals, marketing materials, and technical documentation into Japanese to maintain messaging consistency and business accuracy.
· Facilitated effective internal and external communications by providing timely updates on services, initiatives, and operational changes.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 3year of relevant experience
· Proficiency in Japanese is a must (To liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients)
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
