*NEW* 6 Months contract Lifecycle Growth Specialist (Salesforce Marketing)

Job Duties:

• Support quarterly planning and execution ofpriority segments and corresponding life-stage campaigns..
• Support campaign planning and execution of customer retention and conservation campaigns to reduce churn and protect portfolio value.
• Manage department budget for assigned initiatives, including post-allocation accruals and reconciliations; review budget utilization with team leads and HOD in a timely manner.
• Manage promotion and rewards fulfilment for assigned campaigns, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Lead in campaign reporting by tracking, monitoring and sharing insights on retention/conservation outcomes, key success metrics, and quarterly objectives; surface optimization opportunities and recommended actions.
• Leverage Marketing Automation (CEP) to deploy and optimize lifecycle journeys (e.g., onboarding, engagement, renewal,win-back) in partnership with channel stakeholders where applicable.
• Perform security reviews such as data privacy and compliance reviews as part of infrastructure and processes set up.
• Work closely with identified key stakeholders to brief them, ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Design distribution communication for each campaign launch.
• Build strong relationships with Distribution and agency force to enable active campaign support and ease of feedback on campaign ideas.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of working experience in Marketing, preferably focusing on CRM or Lifecycle Growth
• Bachelor's in business administration/marketing/mass communications or a related field
• Proven campaign and project management capabilities
• Experience with marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis and attribution reporting
