*NEW* 1 Year contract Cards Benefits Manager - Financial

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent card segments.
• Ensure timely onboarding of benefit providers and integration into card platforms.
• Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to enable smooth benefit fulfillment.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with benefit providers and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure all benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
• Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in card benefits or usage management, partnership management, product execution or loyalty program management within the credit card, financial services, or fintech industry
