HR Operations (Recruitment support) - Contract

• Support end-to-end recruitment operations, including application tracking, status updates, and administrative coordination
• Assist in the assessment and interview process for prospective hires, including Fit & Proper evaluations
• Maintain and manage recruitment data, providing regular reports and analytics to support decision-making
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment workflows and improve operational efficiency
