Talent Acquisition Partner (Engineering/ Semiconductor)

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles across R&D centre
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build job briefs, and define candidate profiles
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, talent communities, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of engineering candidates
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and career motivations
• Manage the candidate experience from first touchpoint through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional process
• Drive offer negotiations and closing, working within compensation frameworks
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles
