*NEW* 2 Months contract Compliance Review Officer

Job Description:

• Support administering and conducting assessments under the Fit & Proper framework and the Replacement of Policy framework, as well as managing Reference Checks, Surveys and Span of Control (SOC) processes. 
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide well-grounded recommendations for new candidates with adverse findings.
• Review representatives under enhanced monitoring to ensure compliance and propriety.
• Perform thorough reference checks for former representatives, ensuring the accuracy of the information gathered
• Assist with the coordination and execution of customer surveys to gather actionable insights.
• Review and evaluate requests for SOC deviations to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in preferably in Business, Compliance, and/or Finance related fields
• At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance role
