-NEW- 6 Months Temporary Community Investment Executive (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Support end-to-end volunteer management across programme planning, coordination, execution, and post-event engagement to ensure a seamless volunteer experience

·       Coordinate volunteer recruitment, registrations, communications, scheduling, and database management, including attendance and role allocation tracking

·       Prepare volunteer materials and operational documents such as briefing notes, run sheets, toolkits, and feedback forms for programme execution

·       Serve as a liaison between volunteers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to manage communications, logistics, and operational requirements

·       Support duty of care and risk management processes, including dissemination of safety guidelines and escalation procedures

·       Assist with on-site event operations, including volunteer registration, role coordination, workflow management, and programme timeline adherence

·       Built positive volunteer relationships through active engagement and responsive support during programme activities and events

·       Coordinate post-event communications, volunteer appreciation initiatives, and feedback collection activities

·       Consolidate volunteer participation data and programme insights to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

·       Assisting the design and development of publicity and communication materials, including presentations and electronic direct mailers (eDMs)

·       Support impact assessment activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting for community investment programmes

·       Support team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
