-NEW- 6 Months Marketing Executive (Beauty/FMCG industry)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Support the planning and execution of new product launches and integrated brand campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels

·       Assist in developing campaign narratives, content flows, and marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging

·       Coordinate campaign timelines, asset readiness, and stakeholder alignment to support smooth and effective execution

·       Support content planning across PR, social media, influencer marketing, and paid media activities

·       Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to translate brand strategies into clear campaign briefs and content directions

·       Coordinate the development and rollout of marketing assets, including social content, influencer materials, digital banners, and campaign visuals

·       Support digital marketing campaigns through coordination of media buys, asset management, and performance tracking with media agencies

·       Maintained campaign and exposure calendars across PR, digital, influencer, and paid media channels

·       Assist in trade marketing initiatives, in-store activations, customer events, and masterclasses, including logistics and vendor coordination

·       Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer-facing activities aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards

·       Track campaign performance, prepared post-campaign reports, and conducted competitor monitoring and basic marketing analysis

·       Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget trackers related to marketing activities

·       Collaborate with CRM, Education, and Sales teams to support integrated marketing execution and stakeholder coordination

·       Serve as a key liaison for day-to-day coordination with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders

·       Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1 years of relevant marketing experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
