IT Executive

Hart Engineering is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Executive to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and daily technical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, networks, and IT security, while also supporting digitalization initiatives and providing technical assistance to users across the organization. Candidates should possess good problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
• Administer and support the company’s data management and reporting systems.
• Assist management in implementing and improving digitalization initiatives and IT processes.
• Monitor, maintain, and review the company’s IT security and cybersecurity measures.
• Provide technical support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and software.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience preferred
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity
• Experience in managing databases, reporting systems, or digitalization projects.
• Familiar with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and software applications
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to support users across all levels
